Therefore, if you will be renting with us for the first time, we will need you to open an account with us.
Applications may take between 2-3 DAYS to be processed and approved! please list all your social media accounts and list your working numbers that can be used to contact you. please also send over a copy of your ID as well as proof of residency.
ONCE APPLICATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED WE WILL SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR ORIGINAL ID WHEN COLLECTING.
